All watches are sold as is without expressed or implied warranties.  We do not guarantee the authenticity of any individual component parts, i.e. hands, crowns, wheels, crystals, screws, and bands since subsequent repairs and/or restoration may have resulted in the replacement of original parts.  Since we deal with pre-owned timepieces, water resistant type watches are not guaranteed to be waterproof.  All watches are in good working order, unless otherwise specified.  Watches marked "HOLD" have been committed to, however, the "HOLD" will be removed if the sale does not materialize.

To order, please send us an e-mail with the stock number, make and model of the watch.  All e-mails will be answered with a confirmation within 24 hours.  If you do not receive a response within the allotted time, please e-mail us again.  Once we have sent you a confirmation, the watch will be held until we receive your payment.  With the exception of bank wire transfers, all checks must clear prior to shipping.  Our mailing address is:

We have a one (1) day return policy on our pre-owned watches for our US customers only (Due to possible trademark infringements, we cannot offer our international clients a return policy.).  If you decide to return the watch, you must notify us on the day you receive the watch.  You must then ship the watch back to us within the same day you receive the watch.  In order for us to issue you a refund, the watch must be in the same condition as it was sent.  Any missing pieces or any type of damage or tampering with the timepiece will void the return policy.  A refund will be issued, excluding the cost of shipping.  Watches may not be returned for any reason after the 24 hour period.  We do not offer a return policy on our "new" or "unworn" watches, they may not be returned for any reason.  We also do not offer a return policy on our watches that have diamonds or other precious or semi-precious gems.
